This Privacy Policy describes how Rainbow Tree ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications ("App").

            Key Point: Your content is processed entirely on your device. We do not have access to it. The only exception is an inquiry you choose to send us, whose text we store in order to reply.
        

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear about what we do NOT collect:

Your Content: All processing occurs locally on your device. The content you create (images, documents, records) is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. The one exception is the text of an inquiry you send us — see section 3.
Personal Information: We do not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers.
Precise Location: The App does not access your device's GPS or precise location. Ads may however infer an approximate country/region level location — see section 2.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Our App may use the following third-party services that may collect certain information:

Google AdMob

We may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
IP address
General location (country/region level)
App usage data for ad personalization

Firebase Analytics

We may use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our App. This may include:

App usage statistics
Device information (model, OS version)
Crash reports

3. Information We Store When You Contact Us

In Apps that offer an in-app inquiry form, the text of the inquiry you send is stored on our server so that we can reply to you. We state this explicitly because it is the one exception to the on-device processing described above.

We store only the text you write and its category (bug report, request, etc.).
To keep the conversation going we use an anonymous per-device identifier. It cannot be used to identify you by name or email address.
If you do not use the inquiry form, none of this is sent.

Please do not include sensitive information such as passwords or credit card numbers in an inquiry.

4. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Our App may offer Premium upgrades. All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Data Security

The content you create is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers. Inquiry text (section 3) is transmitted over HTTPS and stored so that we can reply.

7. Children's Privacy

Many of our Apps carry a "4+" App Store age rating. That rating means the App contains no objectionable content; it does not mean the App is made for children.

Our Apps are not designed for or directed to children under 13, and are not enrolled in Apple's Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us information, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
