Easy Frame Photo — Privacy Policy
RAINBOW TREE LLC ("we", "us") sets out below how it handles user information in the iOS app "Easy Frame Photo" (Japanese name: かんたんコマ写真) (the "App").
Effective date: July 25, 2026
日本語版: プライバシーポリシー(日本語)
1. Core principle
The App can be used without creating an account. All processing to extract a frame (still image) from a video happens entirely on your iPhone. Your videos and the photos you extract are never sent to or stored on our servers or the internet.
2. Photo and video access
When you choose a video, the App uses the iOS photo picker, so it does not request access to your entire photo library. We ask for "Add to Photos" permission only when you save an extracted photo.
3. Information we obtain
The App's core features do not collect or transmit your videos, photos, or personal information. However, when you use the free version we obtain the following to show ads, and — only if you contact us — to reply to your inquiry. None of this includes the content of your videos or photos.
- Advertising (Google AdMob)
Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), approximate location (country/region derived from IP address), and information about ad impressions and interactions. The free version shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. Use of the identifier for personalized ads can be declined via the device's "Allow tracking?" (ATT) prompt (ads are still shown if you decline — they are simply not personalized). - Inquiries (in-app support)
Only if you use the in-app "Contact / Inquiry" feature, the text of your message and an anonymous device-linked identifier are stored on our support server so that we can reply. No name, email address, or other registration is required.
4. Purposes of use
- Displaying ads and measuring ad performance (AdMob)
- Replying to and handling your inquiries
5. Provision to third parties
The advertising information in Section 3 is sent through the ad SDK to Google LLC and handled in accordance with its privacy policy. We do not sell user information.

- How Google uses information in advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
6. Purchases
The "Pro (one-time purchase)" is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive your payment information such as credit card details.
7. Your choices
- Stop tracking: You can decline via "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking" on your device.
- Remove ads: Purchasing "Pro (one-time purchase)" in the App removes all ads.
- Reset advertising identifier: You can do this via "Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising" on your device.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at any particular age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in response to legal changes or new features. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page.
10. Contact
For privacy inquiries about the App, please contact us via "Settings > Contact" in the App. The operator will reply to you directly.
