This policy explains how RAINBOW TREE LLC ("we") handles information in the iOS app "AI Counselor - Kokoro Partner" ("the App").
The most important part
The App replies to you using AI. To do that, the messages and images you send, and the profile you enter, are sent to our server and to Google's Gemini API, which writes the replies.
Your conversations are stored on our server so you can read them again in the App.
No account is needed: you are identified only by a random number created on your device. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

To write replies, we send Google's Gemini API the message you send, the recent conversation and summaries of earlier ones, images you attach, the counselor and category you chose, and your profile (nickname, age, occupation) if you entered it. Your messages are also checked by the same AI to keep the service on topic. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy (Gemini API Terms, Google Privacy Policy). Please do not write information that identifies you or others, such as real names, addresses or phone numbers.

If you are not a Premium subscriber, the App shows ads from Google AdMob. The App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow it, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show ads that are more relevant to you. If you do not allow it, ads are still shown, but they are not personalized using that identifier. You can change this at any time in the Settings app.
The App is an AI to talk to. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you are thinking about harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency number right away.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription processed by Apple. We never receive your card number or other payment details.
Apart from the outside services above, we do not share information with third parties except as required by law.
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
